The expo is built around a single proposition: every Vietnamese exporter or platform should be able to walk through the four halls and assemble — in one day — every component needed to launch or scale international sales. From a marketplace contact to a fulfilment partner, from a payment gateway to a category-specific marketing agency, the goal is end-to-end coverage on a single show floor.
Confirmed exhibitors include national delegations from China, South Korea, Japan, the United States, the United Arab Emirates and three ASEAN countries, alongside more than 240 individual companies. The Vietnamese pavilion — co-curated by VGEA, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and a number of provincial trade promotion centres — will showcase 60 export-ready Vietnamese brands across food, fashion, beauty, home and lifestyle categories.
In parallel with the show floor, the conference programme runs for all three days with three concurrent tracks: a CEO track on cross-border strategy, an operator track on practical execution, and a policy track on the regulatory environment for digital trade. Standout sessions include a fireside on Southeast Asia's next billion online shoppers, a working session on cross-border returns infrastructure, and a closed-door roundtable on Vietnam's draft digital trade framework.
VGEA expects the expo to facilitate over 4,000 pre-scheduled B2B meetings and to record more than 18,000 visitor entries across the three days. As VGEA's annual centrepiece event, it is positioned to serve as the practical entry point for any Vietnamese company that intends to take its products to international markets in 2026 — and as the place where international partners come to find their Vietnamese counterparts.
